Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble with the new Grid Stitching plugin. I'm trying to
stitch image stacks (X=13,Y=10,Z=200) but am having trouble stitching
in 3D - At present, I can only seem to stitch 2D slices for a given Z
value.
My files are named "Tile_Z{zzz}_Y{yyy}_X{xxx}.tif" but I have also
tried renaming them in the format "Tile_{i}.tif".
I've tried:
a) running Grid/Collection stitching with row-by-row: This will stitch
together one 2D (ie 13x10) slice, but then stops.
b) running Grid/Collection stitching with Filename Defined Position:
But here there doesn't seem to be a way to specify the z variable, so
again I can only stitch in 2D.
I have successfully used the old "Stitch Sequence of Grids of Images"
in the past, but there are many features in the new plugin that I
prefer. Clearly I am doing something wrong, as it should be possible
to make these 3D stacks.
Thanks for your help!
