Hello all!

I'm developing a script that measures, automatically, the aorta diameter
in CT images. The last step is to create an ellipse that approachs to
the aorta shape , in every slice. So, in the end i have 3 windows: the
first one is the normal aorta slice, the second one is the same window,
but binarized and the third window is the elipse. My question is: how
can i overlap the elipse image to the normal aorta slice?
